Coronavirus Policies as of 6/29/2020

Oviedo Florist is dedicated to preserving a healthy and safe Oviedo community and workplace for our designers, associates, and delivery drivers. In light of recent developments on the 2019 novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), including Seminole County Executive Order 2020-030 regarding the wearing of face coverings, and recommendations from our officials and florist peers, we are implementing the following new guidelines regarding the order and delivery of your favorite flowers in Oviedo. We will continue to offer the same high standard of design and service for all of your floral needs! These policies and recommendations are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.

Our Policies:

• We will remain open for touchless delivery and touchless pick-up.

• Touchless Home Delivery: Our standard delivery practice is now our Touchless Home Delivery. Our delivery driver may ring the doorbell, knock, or even call to inform recipients that their flowers are out for delivery, and drop off the flowers on the front doorstep of the recipient’s home. The driver will maintain social distancing protocol and ensure that the flowers are received into the hands of the recipient, all without making any contact. The recipient will no longer need to sign for delivery. This limits face-to-face contact and offers a higher degree of protection for the driver and recipient. Our drivers are required to wear a face covering in accordance with CDC and government recommendations and requirements.

• Touchless Pick-Up: Our standard pick-up practice is now Touchless Pick-Up for in-store pick-up orders. Park outside of our Broadway Street location, give our shop a call to inform our associates that you are here, and we will bring your order out to your car for you. This will give you the opportunity to pick-up without coming into contact with our building or the public. Please remain in your car unless absolutely necessary. If for any reason you must exit your car, remain 6 feet away from other customers, their cars, and our staff. Please call to place your pick-up order at 407-365-3035. Our associates are required to wear a face covering in accordance with CDC and government recommendations and requirements.

• We are not restricting any delivery zones or specific locations on the basis of Coronavirus at this time. We are continuing delivery to hospitals, private residences, businesses, universities, and all other normal locations.

Our Recommendations:

• We recommend that our customers consider allowing us to deliver to home addresses first. Delivery to public places and high traffic areas present potential complications with logistics and potential for infection. Home deliveries can be truly touchless and are safer for everyone.

• Stay up to date on developments regarding Coronavirus. Visiting www.cdc.gov will give you the most accurate information.
