Coronavirus Policies as of 12/12/2020

Oviedo Florist is dedicated to preserving a healthy and safe Oviedo community and workplace for our designers, associates, and delivery drivers. In response to the 2019 novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, we are implementing the following guidelines regarding the order and delivery of your favorite flowers in Oviedo. We will continue to offer the same high standard of design and service for all of your floral needs! These policies and recommendations are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.

· EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS: On and off our premises, our employees are required to follow all federal, state, and local mandates as they are implemented, as well as our own health and safety requirements, including:

o Wearing a facial covering (well-fitting and extending over the nose, mouth and chin)

o Participating in as little contact as possible and social distancing

o Sanitizing high traffic spots frequently

o Washing and sanitizing hands frequently

o Practicing safe behaviors beyond the workplace

· CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS: On our premises, our customers are required to follow all federal, state, and local mandates as they are implemented, as well as our own health and safety requirements, including:

o Wearing a facial covering (well-fitting and extending over the nose, mouth and chin)

o Participating in as little contact as possible and social distancing

o We kindly request that these guidelines also be followed by our customers and recipients during interactions with our staff (delivery drivers) off of our premises, if at all possible.

Please Note:

· We are not restricting any delivery zones or locations on the basis of Coronavirus at this time

· All hospital deliveries are to the front desk, not the patient’s room, as per COVID-19 hospital policy

· We strongly suggest that you wash or sanitize your hands before and after interacting with our staff or entering our premises

· Stay up to date on developments regarding Coronavirus. Visiting www.cdc.gov will give you the most accurate information.

Touchless Home Delivery: At the time of ordering, our customers may opt for our “Touchless Home Delivery” method of delivering. Our delivery driver may ring the doorbell, knock, or call to inform recipients that their flowers are out for delivery, and drop off the flowers on the front doorstep of the recipient’s home. The driver will maintain social distance of 6 feet or greater and ensure that the flowers are received into the hands of the recipient, all without making any contact. The recipient will no longer need to sign for delivery. At the time of order, tell our associate you would like for your delivery to be “Touchless Home Delivery” and be sure to provide an accurate working phone number for the recipient and yourself.

Touchless Pick-Up: Customers may opt for “Touchless Pick-Up” for in-store pick-up orders. Park outside of our Broadway Street location, give our shop a call to inform our associates that you are here, and we will bring your order out to your car for you. This will give you the opportunity to pick-up without coming into contact with our building or the public. Please remain in your car unless absolutely necessary. If for any reason you must exit your car, remain 6 feet away from other customers, their cars, and our staff. Please call to place your pick-up order at 407-365-3035 and specify that you would like “Touchless Pick-Up”.
